Ellie has over twenty years of experience, covering six continents, in location and production sound for film.
Her credits are impressive, encompassing Features, Blue Chip, Documentaries and Live Broadcasts for the BBC, Apple, Netflix, Disney, Nat Geo, PBS and HBO. Credits include award winning series such as ‘Wild Isles’ (BBC) and ‘The Earthshot Prize’ (recording HRH Prince William for the BBC). We have recently been collaborating closely with Ellie to record groundbreaking sound perspectives for an upcoming Blue-Chip series for Apple TV.
Our first introduction to Ellie was hearing her as a guest on Clare Balding’s BBC R4 ’Ramblings’ where she gave a unique and magical sound perspective to the ramble. A relationship was later forged with Wounded Buffalo whilst working on the same productions and she now brings to us another facet of the sound process. She is one of our trusted core freelance team liaising with us when on location and also recording specific sounds in the field for us when needed.
We are honoured to have such a talented sound recordist to collaborate with and who complements the rest of the Buffalo Family.
